POiNTs:
- Traveling in HK requires a lot of walking, Octopus for MTR, bus, tram, even food and skill in following road signs.
- Bus (HKD3.30) from Macao Airport to city (Sin Ma Lu) MT1, MT2, AP1, AP2 stop operating after 8p.m. when we reached Macao. We have no choice but to take taxi (HKD90)
- HKD =~ Macao Pataca, most rate it as 1:1
- Transportation in Macao is quite easy except to airport. To visit Casino, take hotel/free shuttle bus operated by casino at Macao Ferry Terminal (Venetian, Prince, Lisboa, etc.). Casino the Prince, Lisboa and Hotel Metropole are within walking distance from Sin Ma Lu. For return shuttle bus to ferry terminal, some bus requires return voucher from casino.
- When buying ferry ticket from Macao ferry terminal to HK, mention to the operator either Kowloon terminal or HK terminal depends on your location.
- Dragon Hostel offers discounted Disneyland and Ocean Park tickets, and also free local call.
- Take tram in HK island for HKD2
- Macao, i will come again!
