You Are What You Eat - NUTS

Bought walnut, almond and pine nuts recently. I dun particularly like the taste of pine nuts. A few hour after consumption, i notice a bitter taste in my mouth.  The bitter taste remains until the end of the day and i can feel the taste of pine nuts in my mouth. I did a Google search and found that this symptom is called Pine Nuts Syndrome. Accordingly, the bitter taste will last for a few more days. Sigh...now i know how miserable it is to taste bitterness in all your food. I am going to throw it away and no more pine nuts, especially the nuts from China..

There is no effective cure: i tried sweet, banana, green bean, aloe vera drink....all taste bitter. Getting better after 3 days.
